*FINALS: Thunder 106 Heat 121

The Heat are champions.

They defeated the Thunder by 15 points.

The Thunder had Durant and Westbrook playing at a good clip early and often but it wasn’t enough.

Every time the Thunder put a decent run together the Heat would give them another knockout punch.

Wade, LeBron and Bosh had it going, they combined for 70 points.

Miami’s shooters were feeling it, with Chalmers and Battier combining for 21 points.

Mike Miller would inexplicably cap the biggest night of his bball life with 7 three pointers to make sure there would be a party.

The Heat’s defense stayed on point, the team looked focused throughout.

Chalmers started celebtrating early, but LeBron would remind him to focus.

LeBron earned the leadership position this year, and his triple-double tonight is more proof of the status.

There was just nothing the Thunder could do, Thunder coach Brooks sat his star players down with half-a-quarter to go.

He had no answers.

This young OKC team will be back here sooner than later but tonight they looked like a young contender getting outclassed by a legendary heavyweight. Although you have to give them credit, they kept battling, trying to stay alive… but Miami was undaunted.

The focus remained until the final whistle.

There would be a trophy celebration in the AAA and in it LeBron would finally earn the knick-name…

“King James”.
